Care Guide Partners PACE Veterans’ Connection Series offers resources for area veterans and their families.
(Elizabethtown, KY) — Care Guide Partners PACE, an affiliate of Hosparus Health, invites area veterans and their families to the next installment of its Veterans’ Connection series on Thursday, September 18, from 6:00 to 7:30 PM at the Care Guide Partners PACE Center, 109 Buffalo Creek Drive in Elizabethtown.
This free public event will now feature guest speaker Jonathan Fondow, Housing Case Manager with the Supportive Services for Veteran Families (SSVF) – VOA Honors program through Volunteers of America Mid-States.
“We’re committed to bringing veterans information they can use to improve their daily lives,” said Prentiss Alford, Community Outreach Coordinator at Care Guide Partners PACE. “We are honored to have Jonathan speak again with local veterans at our September event.”
The Veterans’ Connection series is designed to foster meaningful dialogue, share experiences, and connect attendees with helpful local resources. Light snacks will be provided.
