With PACE, every day brings meaningful connection, engaging activities, and the support you need to live fully−right where you belong.

PACE is more than healthcare. It’s a community designed to help you stay active, engaged, and connected.

“Before PACE, most days I stayed home. Now I have activities every day — crafts, crochet, bingo, even pizza parties. It keeps me active and connected.”
— Anna Case, enrolled December 2024

What is PACE?

PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) is a full-service healthcare program that helps adults 55 and older stay in their homes. PACE keeps you independent, supported, and connected.

If you qualify, PACE may include:

  • Doctor visits, dental, hearing, and vision care
  • Medications delivered to your door
  • Help with meals, cleaning, and home safety
  • Rides to and from appointments
  • Support managing health conditions
  • A local center with activities, conversation, and on-site therapy
  • Help available by phone, day or night

“You don’t have to be alone with PACE.
You meet people, share stories, and have something to look forward to each day.”
– Anna

Why Anna Chose PACE

“I think PACE is awesome. They take care of your health, your needs, and they make you feel like you’re part of something.”

PACE is more than care—it’s connection, support, and a community that truly puts people first. From the moment participants join, they’re surrounded by a team that understands their needs and works together to help them stay healthy, independent, and engaged. It’s not just about services—it’s about feeling seen, supported, and part of something meaningful every day.

With PACE, Anna receives coordinated medical care, ongoing support, and access to services that help her stay independent—so she can focus on enjoying life and staying connected to what matters most.
