Dr. Richardson is grateful to be part of the incredible care team in Jasper, Indiana. The office serves Care Guide Partners PACE’s expanded Indiana service area, reaching seriously ill patients and their families who may not otherwise have access to compassionate end-of-life care.
Dr. Richardson joined Care Guide Partners PACE as Jasper’s hospice and palliative medicine physician in 2019, and continues to see patients at her private family medicine practice in Jasper. She received her nursing degree from Los Angeles County Medical Center School of Nursing and practiced as a nurse for 10 years before earning her medical degree from the University California Irvine College of Medicine. She completed her residency in family medicine at St. Mary’s Hospital in Evansville. She is as passionate about her community as she is her patients, serving as medical director for the new Legacy Living senior living facility, chair of the Dubois County Board of Health and on the board of the Patoka Valley Health Care Cooperative. She is board certified in family medicine.
